Prices exclude site costs
Advertised prices are the base price of the standard Kozzie Homes package for that model in Australian dollars. Transport, foundations, site preparation, installation, service connections and council or certifier fees are variable costs and are quoted separately. See the pricing page.
Images
Photographs may show optional upgrades, finishes, landscaping, decking or styling that are not included in the advertised price.
