Only what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the location of your land and anything you write in an enquiry message. If you use the configurator, your selections are stored in your own browser so the page remembers them — they are not sent to us unless you submit an enquiry.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and keep in touch about your project. We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties except where we need to in order to do the work you have asked for — for example a certifier, engineer or transport contractor involved in your project.

For as long as we need it to answer your enquiry and meet our record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless a law requires us to keep them.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Your browser's local storage is used only to remember your configurator selections on your own device.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint about how we have handled it. Email hello@kozziehomes.com.au or call 1300 569 943. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
