The total shown is the base price of the home with the finishes and upgrades you selected. It is the finished home — kitchen, bathroom, insulation, triple glazing and electrical included. The Kozzie XL does not have a published price yet, so it shows as price on request.

The base price does not include the variable costs of getting the home onto your site: transport, foundations, site preparation, installation and service connections, or council fees. Those are quoted after a site assessment, because they depend entirely on your site, so they are kept separate from the base price. See exactly what is included and excluded

1. We call you at the time you chose and talk through your block, your timing and your budget.
2. If it looks like a fit, we book a site assessment covering access, slope, soil and services.
3. You get one written quotation with the home, the site costs and the exclusions listed in full. We aim to provide a formal quote within approximately two weeks of enquiry, subject to required site reports.

From enquiry to handover is approximately 4–6 months, including about 12 weeks of factory build. Installation takes approximately 5–7 working days, subject to conditions. No obligation at any point, and no cost until you sign a contract.
